14-Day Non-Residential Quantum Pranic Rejuvenation Program

Day 1 – Registration, Introductions & Evaluations
- Morning: Registration, participant introductions, and initial assessments.
- Afternoon: Overview of the program, introduction to Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, and Energy Healing.
Daily Schedule (Days 2–14)
Each day follows a structured flow for holistic rejuvenation:
Morning Session (6:30 AM – 9:30 AM)
- Yoga Practice – Enhancing flexibility in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
- Meditation – Activating divine energy channels for peace and mental clarity.
- Tai Chi – Training Chi into energy channels for balance and strength.

- Lunch Break (Own Arrangements)
- Vigorous Body Movements – Strengthening core, hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteal muscles, biceps, triceps, and trapezius.
- Energy Healing – Restoring vitality, releasing stress, tension, and negativity.

Evening Session (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Rhythmic Dance Steps – Cultivating grace, balance, and harmony.
- Reflection & Closing – Short discussions on experiences and insights.
